It's Silicon Valley's spot for crispy-edged square slices with craft beer: tech teams roll in after work, trivia crews claim tables on Tuesday nights, and game-day crowds fuel up before heading to the stadium. The kitchen turns out the same airy focaccia-style crust and caramelized frico edges as our San Francisco locations, with dine-in at the taproom and pickup for when the couch is calling. The South Bay taproom is open Sunday and Monday 12pm–9pm, and Tuesday through Saturday 12pm–11pm — late enough for one more round and one more square.
