Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 2, 2026

This policy explains what information Joyride Pizza (“we,” “us”) collects throughwww.joyridepizza.com, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have. The short version: we collect very little, we only run analytics if you say yes, andwe do not sell or share your personal information.

What we collect

  • Analytics (only with your consent). If you accept analytics cookies in our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (with IP anonymization) to understand how the site is used — pages visited, buttons clicked, general region, and device type. No analytics cookies are set until you opt in, and declining never limits your use of the site.
  • Form submissions. If you submit a catering, private-event, or contact form, we receive what you enter — name, email, and optionally phone, event date, headcount, and your message. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry.

We do not collect payment information on this site — ordering and gift cards are handled by our ordering partner on their own platform.

Cookies & changing your mind

Analytics cookies load only after you accept them. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page — if you withdraw, analytics measurement stops immediately. We record your choice and when you made it in your browser's local storage.

Global Privacy Control

We honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC). Because analytics is opt-in and we do not sell or share personal information, a GPC signal is treated the same as declining analytics cookies.

We do not sell or share your personal information

We have not sold or shared personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and we have no plans to. We also do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to provide the services described here.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
  • Delete personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of sale or sharing — not applicable in practice, since we do not sell or share personal information.
  • Non-discrimination — exercising these rights never changes how we treat you.

To exercise any of these rights, emailhello@joyridepizza.comwith the subject “Privacy request.” We will verify and respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days).

How long we keep information

Form submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting business (and as required for legal or accounting purposes), after which they are deleted. Consented analytics data is retained per our analytics configuration (14 months) and is aggregated and de-identified.

Ordering & third parties

Online ordering, gift cards, and catering checkout are handled by our partner platforms (GetOpen and CaterCow, among others). When you click “Order” or “Gift Cards,” you'll be taken to their platform, which has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review it.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
